Just wanted to share two more general resources I value on this topic. The book "Never Split the Difference" by Chris Voss is entertaining and brilliant about negotiation. I for rethinking billing and value, I'm an enormous fan of Jonathan Stark and his Hourly Billing is Nuts body of work. A good, free place to start is his value-pricing boot camp email course.
